OUR RETURN POLICY


Available exclusively to orders that ship to contiguous USA


We want you to be happy!  We stand behind all of our products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return new and unused merchandise within 30 days and we will gladly provide an exchange or refund, whichever you prefer.

  •  Exchanges are limited to one time, per order.
  •  Exchange must be for merchandise of equal or lessor value.

One More Mile does not store any credit card information and does not offer a “save this card” feature on our website. Refunds are issued back to credit card used for purchase.

  • You do not need a Return Authorization Number. Please download our Return Form, fill it out and send it along with your return.  You can also simply include a note with your name, order number, delivery address, daytime phone and what you would like for us to do.

· We will share in the cost of an exchange by shipping the exchange back via the US Postal Service with no shipping charges to you.  We endeavor to process and ship exchanges quickly.

 
· Refunds are issued back to the card used for purchase.  Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Credit Card Security: One More Mile does not see or store any credit card information from website sales. The credit card information that is input at the time of order goes from your browser in an encrypted format directly to our processor. One More Mile never sees credit card information, and we only receive an acceptance or decline response. Breaches that expose credit card information are almost always with merchants who store credit card information on their servers. Consequently, One More Mile does not offer a "save this card" type of feature on our website
